Ski room: Hire of equipment, sale of ski clothing and accessories, storage of your own equipment, maintenance and preparation of equipment, heated boots, equipment left for you at the exit of the ski room. Skis on, zero effort, 100% pleasure. Book your equipment in advance and everything will be ready and waiting for you. The on-site team is on hand to provide you with expert advice.
Ski pass collection: A practical and comfortable solution that allows you to slip on your skis as soon as you arrive.
Advance booking of lessons with professionals: All the assurance of having lessons from professionals at the times you want.

LOCKED AND SECURE GARAGE

Enclosed, secure garage to ensure your vehicle is protected from the elements for the duration of your stay at the Carlina.

Babysitting

So that parents can enjoy a romantic evening out at the C1850 restaurant, or a day on the slopes of Courchevel and Les 3 Vallées ski area, the Carlina Hotel offers babysitting services on request and at an additional cost.

Chauffeur, transfer & shuttle service

To ensure a safe and stress-free arrival at Courchevel 1850, we offer a chauffeur-driven service, including transfers to and from Geneva, Grenoble Alpes-Isère and Lyon-Saint Exupéry international airports, as well as Moûtiers-Salins-Bride-les-Bains High Speed TGV train station.

Once you’re here, take advantage of our shuttle service, available 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to midnight, to help get around Courchevel. Our services ensure a comfortable and stress-free experience, from the beginning to the end of your stay.

A fantastic hotel in perfect location on the slopes ski in ski out in 1850. I booked a triple room for myself and my 2 children which was more than spacious enough, had a bath with overhead shower in the bathroom and was overall very clean and new, and with a balcony. The hotel in general is excellent, has a lovely bar/ lounge area and complimentary afternoon tea, which was exceptional . The only negative comments I would have are - The restaurant doesn’t offer a children’s menu. The food is superb but the portion sizes are big and it would be preferable to have children’s / half portion options at half the price of the chicken in breadcrumbs / pastas / sole goujons etc , as it is very expensive otherwise for children to eat and the portions are too large for them. Ski hire from the ski shop attached to the hotel is exceptionally expensive. More than any other ski shop I have experienced in Courchevel 1850 . We have previously hired through Ski set and White storm and so hired through them again. For comparison it was 375 euros (125 euros a day pp ) for skis, boots and helmet hire from the hotel ski shop and 450 euros for the full 7 days for all 3 of us from White Storm. Overall it was a super stay though and we would definitely stay again.

The location is unbeatable, offering seamless ski-in/ski-out access while also being just moments from the finest boutiques and restaurants in Courchevel 1850. The staff are incredibly warm, attentive, and consistently go above and beyond to ensure a perfect experience. The views are absolutely breathtaking, especially from the rooms and terrace. The spa facilities are beautifully designed and perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes, while the breakfast is of excellent quality with a great selection. Truly a flawless alpine escape—I would highly recommend it.”

The hotel's location was ideal, the buffet breakfast was delicious, but the rooms were quite old and small. The concierge was incredibly good, the renovated lounge was very well decorated, and the staff in the ski room did their jobs very well. I highly recommend it.

This is truly one of the best hotels in Courchevel 1850. It's two main benefits are location and staff. The staff really takes care of you and treats you very nicely. The atmosphere that the management managed to craete is the one you have at home. You really feel at home there and there is nothing missing. From the perfect ski in, ski out service to the organisation for breakfast, dinner, shuttle, booking via the concierge, nothing is missing. To be honest there is nothing out of place and not a single bad word that I can say about the hotel. Hats off to the management division for creating this atmosphere. This will definitely be a place that I will consider for the upcoming Christmas holidays. Just one small bit of a constructive criticism: try to find a way to create a kids corner. Many of the guest have small children and if they have a place to leave them to play, it will be perfect. K2 has a kids club, so you can try something at a smaller scale. This will definitely attract more families

Félicitations à Vincent pour son accueil chaleureux, plein de petites attentions à notre égard, souriant, empathique et intelligent. Des qualités rares. Seul bémol, l’absence d’accompagnement sucré / salé au cours de notre apéritif. L’excellence du service au client d’un palace rend ce détail inacceptable. Un client qui a passé dix hivers au Carlina , en famille dans les années 60.
